Everyday Strength

Every day, every morning, is a brand new start. A new day to start something new. A new day to continue fulfilling a goal you have set. A new day to accomplish all you have dreamed. A new day to mend broken relationships. A new day to try to get things right. A FRESH START! Every morning you are equipped with everything you need to be successful throughout the day. Equipped to handle whatever may come your way. Some mornings we wake up down and out, dreading the day ahead. But we must learn to have a different perspective on what the morning brings. We must learn to welcome the morning with a grateful heart.

Because of the Lord's great love we are not consumed, for his compassion never fail. They are new every morning; great is your faithfulness. ~Lamentations 3:22-23

And no mater what they day may bring, not only do you have God's great mercy, you have the strength, the ultimate strength, the strength of God to get through the day. God is with you every moment of the day. God is with you strengthening you to keep pushing. So when it seems that your day is going down hill, when it seems that nothing is going right, remember that God is right there with you and He has provided you with the strength you need plus more to get through. Know that when you're in distress, God is right there helping you, saving you, strengthening you, loving you. We all have a firm foundation holding us up each and every day. A foundation full of wisdom, knowledge and strength. So stand firm on your foundation, lean on that foundation every minute of every day, because that foundation, which is God, will give you ALL the strength you need every morning to accomplish everything you face. Keep going because you will overcome any obstacle or stumbling block because you have everyday strength that will get you through.

Scripture:

Lord, be gracious to us; we long for you. Be our strength every morning, our salvation in time of distress.

The Lord is exalted, for he dwells on high; he will fill Zion with his justice and righteousness. He will be the sure foundation for your times, a rich store of salvation and wisdom and knowledge; the fear of the Lord is the key to this treasure.

~Isaiah 33:2, 5-6

Prayer:

Dear Heavenly Father,

As we come before you today, we thank you. Thank you for the strength you give us each day to face whatever may come our way. Thank you for your continuous grace and mercy . Thank you God for protecting us and being with us every step of the way. God we thank you for simply being you. God as we prepare for this week, we ask that you renew our strength. Protect us from dangers seen and unseen. Continue to guide our footsteps. God we thank you now for the blessings you will bring us throughout this week. We thank you for the victory that is already won. God give us the ultimate strength to endure and keep pushing. God we love you and we thank you for all that you have done, all that you are doing, and all that you are going to do.
