In The Morning

In the still, still night, when things are quiet, we begin to think about everything that's going on in our life and we're sometimes knocked back with all of the darkness that is surrounding us. These are night moments that we go through when everything in life seems dark and dismal. Times when we have to drink tears for water, times when we don't know whether we're coming or going, times when it seems like all of our family and friends have turned their backs on us, when every where we turn all we see is darkness. But at the end of the night comes morning, a new beginning and a fresh start. At night, when everything is dark, we must turn to God because He is right there with you wiping your tears from your eyes, comforting you and loving you. At night, we must remind ourselves that in order for us to get to the morning, to get to the new day, to get to our new beginning, to get to a new me, we must first make it through the night. There may be some tears shed, some heartbreak, some love lost, some financial setbacks, some people to walk out on you at night. But if you hold on, keep pushing, keep fighting then the joy, sweet sweet joy, that awaits you in the morning will outweigh the weeping at night. God is going to turn things around for you, He's going to restore you with more than you lost, He will rid you of everything you don't need, everything that's breaking you, everything that's causing your tears, everything that's keeping you from being all that He has called you to be and provide you with everything you need plus more. He will use the dark moments in your life and use them for your good. God will restore your joy and happiness, restore your peace, restore your finances, and mend your heart. So don't give up, trust God and know that He is wiping your tears and bringing you into a new beginning. You may weep tonight but hold on because your joy is coming in the morning.

Sing praise to the Lord, you saints of His, And give thanks at the remembrance of His holy name. For His anger is but for a moment, His favor is for life; Weeping may endure for a night, But joy comes in the morning.

Prayer:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before your throne of grace thanking you for allowing us to see yet another day. God we thank you for protecting us and loving us despite of us. God thank you for being there for us at night guiding us into the morning. God we thank you for all that you are doing in our lives. Heavenly Father we may not be able to see our way through the night, through the darkness but we trust you to lead us into the morning. God we thank you for turning things around in our favor, for turning our sorrow into gladness, our tears into a smile, our darkness into light. God we love you and thank you for the changes in our lives. God just strengthen us, give us the strength to endure the night, to endure the pain, to endure the struggle so that when we come out we can speak of the glorious work that You have done in our lives. Lord you deserve all the glory and praise. Lord we thank you for all that you have done, we thank you for all that you doing and we thank you in advance for all that you are going to do.
