Out of Deep Water

There are so many things that we go through and happen to us in our lives. There are good days and bad days, good moments and bad moments, and sometimes it may seem like the bad outweighs the good. There will be times we may be in the deep waters of life and that we're surrounded by the raging waters of life's circumstances, financial setback, heartbreak, spiritual struggles, emotional and physical pain, loneliness, depression/anxiety and self-doubt. There will be times when it may feel like you are being overtaken by what you are going through, that you are beginning to sink. But just as it seems like you're about to drown, like you're about to fall over the edge, God will reach down and take hold of you, He will reach down and rescue you. Whatever you are going through in life, God is right there with you and He is in it with you. And although it may seem like there's no way out, it may seem like the attacks won't stop, it may seem like you will not make it through, it may seem like the waves of life may drown you, God will be right there. God will make a way out of no way, God will protect you from the attacks, God will support you, God will bring you out and rescue you. So don't lose hope, keep trusting God because regardless if you got yourself in the deep waters or they were caused by the raging waves of life, God will reach down, no matter how deep, no matter how far, and pull you out of those deep waters, He will rescue you.

He reached down from on high and took hold of me; he drew me out of deep waters. He rescued me from my powerful enemy, from my foes, who were too strong for me. They confronted me in the day of my disaster, but the Lord was my support. He brought me out into a spacious place; he rescued me because he delighted in me.

Prayer:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before your throne of grace to say thank you. Thank you God for allowing us to see yet another day. God thank you for being there for us, protecting us, rescuing us from dangers seen and unseen. God thank you for saving us from the raging waves of life. God we sometimes can't see our way out but we put all of our hope in you. God you promised that you will be there for us and that you will never leave us nor forsake us. We stand firmly on the promises you have for our lives today and every day. God we love you and you deserve all of the praise. God despite of us, despite of the deep waters we sometimes get ourselves in, you continue to be there for us, rescuing us, reaching down to save us, loving us and for that we thank you. God we thank you for all that you have done, all that you are doing and we thank you in advance for all that you are going to do.
